— Privacy-safe Telegram, Slack, Discord, and LINE alerts connect inquiries, matching, contracts, payments, and settlements
Global Couple Care (GCC), an international marriage information, agency-comparison, and settlement-preparation platform operated by Dream AI Lab, has expanded into a partner operating platform that connects public promotion, inquiry management, transaction records, settlement, and external messenger alerts. The goal is not to add another isolated feature. It is to turn fragmented outreach and operations into searchable assets and accountable workflows.
From social-channel outreach to a searchable partner asset
Many international marriage agencies rely on KakaoTalk, Band, YouTube, open chats, and personal referrals. These channels can create contact quickly, but they rarely keep operating countries, service scope, costs, refund conditions, verified information, and inquiry history together.
GCC provides each partner with a searchable public page that can combine operating countries and cities, country-specific services, representative video, consented public profiles, FAQs, and inquiry routes. A single page can be linked from YouTube descriptions and social profiles while remaining discoverable through country information and agency-comparison pages.
A network for agencies, creators, communities, and local partners
Participation is not limited to one agency category. Subject to applicable licensing and role-specific checks, domestic and overseas agencies, creators, community operators, overseas residents, and local support partners may propose work involving content, inquiries, interpretation, schedules, daily-life support, or professional services.
Partner type and commercial tier remain separate. Partner type defines permitted work. Standard, Verified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers reflect operating quality signals such as verification, information completeness, inquiry response, completed payments, reviews, and dispute history. A higher tier does not grant a legal license or automatically unlock unrelated permissions.
Fair fees that improve with verified performance
Published normal rates are 5.5% for Standard, 5.0% for Verified, 4.5% for Silver, 4.0% for Gold, and 3.5% for Platinum. Founding partners receive a 0.5 percentage-point discount through September 30, 2027. Tier changes apply only to new transactions; a rate already fixed for an existing transaction is not rewritten retroactively.
The platform fee is not presented to consumers as a separate “GCC surcharge.” Partners set their service prices, while GCC standardizes how base prices, included and excluded items, refund terms, and payment milestones are disclosed. Payment-gateway costs, taxes, remittance, and individual contract terms remain separate.
Operational events connected to privacy-safe messenger alerts
GCC has deployed a structure that can connect in-app events—including inquiries, chat, matching, meetings, contracts, payments, settlements, travel or wedding reservations, and support requests—to Telegram Bot API, Slack Incoming Webhook, Discord Webhook, and LINE Messaging API.
Automatic delivery is not enabled by merely saving a setting. Each partner follows the sequence save → test send → confirm actual receipt → enable automatic alerts. External messages exclude customer names, contact details, inquiry text, and contract content. They carry only an event type and a secure login link; details remain inside the permission-controlled platform.
Deployed operating structure, partner-specific activation gates
The upgraded platform includes partner type, tier and permission management; transaction-time commission snapshots; staged payout evidence; messenger channel configuration; a durable delivery queue; and administrator monitoring. Actual payment-gateway processing and bank payouts remain available only after the required contracts, reviews, and production settings are activated. Messenger automation is enabled only for a channel whose real receipt has been confirmed by that partner.
Global Couple Care does not select or recommend marriage partners or directly broker marriages. It connects public information, comparisons, inquiries, and operating records among independent providers and users. Each provider remains responsible for licenses and regulated professional services.
Global partner onboarding
Start with one or two countries and one representative service
Partners do not need to publish every country or offering at once. A public page and inquiry route can start with verified basic information, actual operating countries, a representative service, and a contact channel.
Published fees and early-partner terms are current as of September 25, 2026 and may change. The latest GCC partner pages and electronic agreements govern. This article does not guarantee licensing, transaction results, or income. Payments, escrow, external transfers, and automatic messenger alerts activate only after their respective contractual, configuration, and receipt-verification gates are completed.
