Dream AI Lab announced that it will officially launch ‘Global Couple Care (GCC)’, Korea’s first international marriage marketplace, in the first half of 2026. On GCC, consumers can compare verified agencies’ information and pricing in one place and complete contracts through escrow-protected transactions.
Until now, consumers preparing for an international marriage had to gather scattered information agency by agency, with little way to compare pricing or procedures in advance. Choosing agencies based on word-of-mouth or advertising left many exposed to excessive costs, opaque contracts, and fraud. GCC aims to replace this with a model of ‘compare in one place, choose for yourself, and contract safely.’
Consumers compare and choose in one place
GCC users can compare, on a single screen, the service packages, candidate profiles, pricing, procedures, and reviews offered by multiple verified agencies. Instead of visiting agencies one by one, they choose the right partner for themselves based on published information.

Escrow transactions block fraud risk
A second pillar of GCC is escrow (safe transactions). Payments are held securely by the platform and settled to the agency only after agreed steps are completed. This structurally reduces risks such as “pay first, then disappear,” protecting both consumers and honest agencies.
Only verified agencies list
Only domestic and overseas marriage agencies and legal, administrative, and translation partners that pass KYC and verification can list on GCC. Reporting and sanction systems continuously filter out fraudulent or unethical actors, so listed agencies compete on service quality and trust rather than undercutting on price.
Connecting through to post-marriage settlement
GCC does not stop at pre-marriage comparison and contracting. It plans to connect post-marriage settlement—language, employment, housing, and childcare—through community and partner services. In the long term, Dream AI Lab’s AI Digital Care Log technology, proven in other domains, will provide the foundation for securely linking family and settlement data.
Official launch in H1 2026
GCC currently runs beta and pilot programs for core modules including profiles, escrow, and contracts. With the official H1 2026 launch, it will scale up the marketplace and verified listings, followed by community, settlement guides, and education and partner integrations.
A GCC representative said, “When a marriage market lacks comparison and verification, both good agencies and consumers lose. We will build a platform where consumers can compare and choose with confidence in one place, and honest agencies are fairly evaluated.”
