NoahAI Labs, a specialist in vertical AI infrastructure R&D for finance, has commercialized a capability it describes as unprecedented in domestic and global fintech. On July 20 the company announced the official release and rollout of NoahAI (Client v3.8.9.29), a user-centric financial decision-support client that can operate six global crypto exchanges and four major Korean securities brokers in an integrated workflow.
The commercialized NoahAI client runs API adapters for Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Upbit, and Bithumb, together with Kiwoom Securities, Shinhan Securities, Mirae Asset Securities, and Korea Investment & Securities, as independent processes on the user’s personal PC. Supporting ten heterogeneous financial channels in real time without cross-channel error, the company says, demonstrates NoahAI Labs’ systems-engineering strength.
The product also draws a clear line against conventional SaaS models that centralize assets on a server or push one-size-fits-all investment guidance. NoahAI continues to ship as standalone client software that runs locally on the user’s PC, keeping personal asset data and trading logic from leaving the device and offering a safer, regulation-aligned technical alternative.
An architecture watched by Binance, SoftBank, and other global players
NoahAI’s infrastructure design is already drawing global attention. Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, first saw NoahAI’s early autonomous coin-trading paradigm at a Dubai AI event during the initial build, and has continued to follow the technology’s progress.
SoftBank Group is also tracking NoahAI’s trajectory. SoftBank previously invested about USD 146 million (roughly KRW 170 billion) in a Korean AI asset-management fintech startup after valuing its AI-driven ETF capabilities. Having seen the impact of AI financial infrastructure, SoftBank is described as positively assessing NoahAI’s local-client architecture — free of central-server custody risk — and its feedback-driven scalability, while reviewing strategic collaboration opportunities.
“The technology investors have always dreamed of” — automation that breaks the knowledge barrier
For years, beginners and self-taught investors watched masters’ books, quality finance videos, and YouTube techniques — then failed to execute and validate them on live trading screens. Coding barriers and monitoring limits stood in the way. NoahAI (v3.8.9.29) is built to close that gap.
The client lets AI analyze user-supplied PDFs (books), TradingView indicators and Pine Script, YouTube links, or plain-text ideas and structure them into executable conditions. Users no longer need deep financial engineering to turn trusted strategies into fully automated workflows through a private AI assistant.
“Even the best strategy fails when markets change” — regime response and guardrails
NoahAI’s real edge is market responsiveness. A strong strategy can turn into large losses or dead weight when regimes shift among uptrends, downtrends, ranges, and sharp volatility. NoahAI addresses this with a real-time market-regime recognition engine.
The client monitors markets around the clock. When users build multiple strategies into the system, AI judges which strategy best fits the live regime and helps tune and run the optimal one in real time.
To contain risks from autonomous AI decisions, NoahAI applies constrained-autonomy guardrails — including leverage bounds (1–10x), position-size limits (1–50%), and outright rejection of withdrawal instructions — that the AI continuously adjusts to market and operating conditions. Safety is further reinforced through a three-stage validation path: Historical Replay, Live Observation, and Limited Live operation at minimum size.
CTO Jung Haesung: “Collective feedback loops drive real financial innovation”
“NoahAI Client is not just a trading tool — it is the completion of a distinctive financial AI infrastructure that succeeded in multi-channel connectivity once thought unreachable in a personal trading environment. We insisted on standalone software distribution to overcome the legal and security limits of SaaS platforms.”
— Jung Haesung, CTO
Jung added that the flexible, safe financial automation individual investors had only imagined is now becoming real, and that as users’ ideas run on this client infrastructure and regime-aware feedback accumulates, the software can become one of the most disruptive infrastructure layers in live markets.
NoahAI transfers the judgment–log–review structure of its foundational AI Digital Care Log technology into financial decision-making, advancing explainable AI (XAI). The company plans further browser-connection upgrades and expansion into life-finance risk assessment, aiming to become an irreplaceable infrastructure presence in global vertical AI for finance.
